Services and enquiries
Discuss your projectWhat does Gamecraft IT Solution do?
Gamecraft IT Solution provides website design, custom PCs and workstations, IT support, AI systems, and Wi-Fi and network services. Local services are in Melbourne; website design is available to clients across Australia.
Can I discuss a project in English or Chinese?
Yes. You can send an enquiry in English or Chinese. Describe the service you need, your location, priorities and preferred contact method.
How do I request a quote?
Use the contact form or email admin@gamecraftit.com. Include the task, existing website or equipment, location, budget range and any deadline. Scope, availability and costs are confirmed for your project.
Website design
Discuss your projectCan you redesign an existing website?
Yes. Share the current URL and what is not working. We can review the content, structure, mobile layout and enquiry path, then agree which parts need to change.
Can you build an English and Chinese website?
Yes. We can use shared layouts with separate English and Chinese content and a language switch. Translation scope and who approves each language are agreed at the start.
Do I need to be in Melbourne?
Website design is available to Australian clients. Project discussions, content reviews and approvals can be arranged remotely.
How much does a website cost?
The quote depends on pages, languages, supplied content, design complexity and integrations. Send your existing URL or a short brief so we can confirm a project-specific scope and quote.
Will animations slow down my website?
They can if too much runs at once. We choose effects around the content, defer nonessential assets and provide simpler behaviour on smaller screens or when reduced motion is preferred.
Are the gallery websites completed client projects?
The gallery contains original design demonstrations showing different layouts, industries and interactions. They are examples to discuss design possibilities, not claims of client contracts or business results.
Custom PCs and workstations
Discuss your projectCan you build a PC around my budget?
Yes. Share your budget and workload. We can discuss a balanced configuration and explain which component choices affect performance, noise, capacity and future upgrades.
Can I reuse parts from my current PC?
Possibly. Send the part models and the intended upgrade. Compatibility, condition, power requirements and cooling need to be reviewed before confirming what can be reused.
Do I need hardline water cooling?
Not every build needs it. The choice depends on thermal requirements, space, appearance, maintenance and budget. Air cooling or other liquid-cooling options may suit your workload better.
Can you build a computer for local AI models?
Yes. Share the models, tools and workloads you plan to run. We consider GPU memory, system RAM, storage, cooling and software compatibility together.
Can you deliver outside Melbourne?
Delivery availability, packaging, costs and support arrangements must be confirmed for your location and selected system before an order is agreed.
IT support
Discuss your projectCan you help with a slow computer or email problem?
Yes. Tell us the device, software, symptoms and any error message. We review the problem and confirm the appropriate troubleshooting approach.
Do you offer remote and onsite IT support?
We arrange remote assistance or local onsite work in Melbourne according to the issue and agreed scope. Confirm availability and the service location when you contact us.
Can you help with Microsoft 365 and staff accounts?
Yes. We can assist with Microsoft 365 configuration, user access, onboarding and offboarding, with the necessary permissions and scope agreed first.
What should I send with a support enquiry?
Send the device and software involved, the number of affected users, the symptoms and your preferred contact method. Do not send passwords or private access keys through the enquiry form.
Wi-Fi and network services
Discuss your projectCan you help with Wi-Fi dead spots?
Yes. Share the premises layout, affected rooms, equipment and device types. We can review coverage and placement before recommending access points or configuration changes.
Will buying a faster internet plan fix poor Wi-Fi?
Not necessarily. Internet speed, wireless coverage, interference and device capacity are different issues. Checking wired and wireless behaviour helps identify where the problem is.
Can business and guest Wi-Fi be separated?
Yes, where the equipment supports it. We can review guest access, network segmentation and management requirements before agreeing the configuration.
Do you carry out building cabling?
Cabling requirements and any work needing a suitably registered cabler must be confirmed separately. We agree those dependencies before the network project proceeds.
AI systems and automation
Discuss your projectCan AI run locally without a paid API?
Some models and tools can run locally without per-request API charges. Hardware, software licensing, electricity and maintenance still matter, and suitability depends on the task and model.
Does local AI automatically keep every document private?
No. Privacy depends on the complete setup, including plugins, connected services, telemetry, access permissions and backups. These need to be reviewed for the chosen tools.
Can AI automate every part of a business task?
Not reliably in every case. We start with a defined task and representative examples, then consider exceptions and where human review is necessary.
What do you need to scope an AI project?
Tell us the task, current software, data sensitivity, expected users and budget. This helps determine whether local tools, cloud services or a simpler non-AI workflow fits.
