Gamecraft IT Solution Pty Ltd (ABN 23 693 554 755) provides technology products and services to individuals and businesses across Australia.

We may collect:

• your name, phone number or email address, and the message you submit through our contact form;
• information you provide during later correspondence, quoting, or service delivery; and
• limited technical information, such as an IP address, request time, browser, or device details, used to operate and secure the website and reduce spam.

Please do not include passwords, payment card details, or unnecessary sensitive information in the contact form.

We use personal information to:

• respond to your enquiry and continue the conversation you requested;
• prepare quotes and provide agreed products or services;
• maintain business, tax, support, and dispute records where required;
• protect the website and our communications from misuse or spam; and
• comply with applicable laws and lawful requests.

Contact form submissions are not added to a direct marketing list.

We use service providers to host the website, deliver email, and provide website content infrastructure. These currently include Vercel, Resend, and Supabase. They may process limited technical or contact information on our behalf.

Some processing occurs outside Australia, including in the United States, and may also occur in other countries where those providers or their subprocessors operate. We do not sell personal information. We may otherwise disclose it where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights.

We take reasonable steps appropriate to our business to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. No internet or email system is completely secure.

We retain enquiries and related correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage any resulting business relationship, keep required records, or resolve a dispute. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it where practicable.

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern by emailing admin@gamecraftit.com. Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant communication. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing information.
