The website currently accepts enquiries only. Labels such as “Custom quote”, “From quote”, and “Get a quote” are invitations to contact us and are not offers capable of immediate online acceptance. Submitting a form does not place an order or create an obligation to buy or supply anything.

Any scope, price, component selection, delivery or collection arrangement, timing, payment requirement, and cancellation term will be confirmed before you agree to proceed. A final quote, service agreement, or invoice may include additional terms specific to that supply.

Unless stated otherwise, amounts are in Australian dollars. Prices presented to consumers will include GST and any unavoidable or pre-selected charges in the total price. Business quotes will clearly identify GST and the total amount payable. Optional delivery or other requested extras will be disclosed before an agreement is made.

Our goods and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law where that law applies. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Depending on the circumstances, a customer may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, service rectification, cancellation, or compensation. Contact us atadmin@gamecraftit.com so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.

Gamecraft IT Solution does not currently provide a separate voluntary written warranty unless one is expressly supplied with a particular quote, product, or service. Any manufacturer warranty is additional to, and does not replace, rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Return, inspection, repair, replacement, and refund arrangements depend on the reason for the request and the applicable law. No stated return condition or timeframe limits a right that cannot lawfully be limited.

You may use this website for lawful personal or business enquiries. You must not interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content, or use automated systems in a way that disrupts the website.

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, original text, branding, and original media are owned by or licensed to Gamecraft IT Solution Pty Ltd. Third-party names, marks, product images, and technologies remain the property of their respective owners.
